How to Create a Bill in the SNAPOS POS Billing app?

Billing is one of the important factors for every business. Here we explored the SNAPOS billing feature






All You Need to Know About SNAPOS Billing

  • Login to your SNAPOS account
  • On the SNAPOS dashboard, choose the billing feature at the bottom
  • Click Add item option. 
  • Choose your respective category, products, and the total number of items that you want to bill for your customer.
  • Click the cart icon at the bottom Right

 

To Scan the Product for Billing

  • Followed by the above steps, click the scan icon and scan the product QR code. 
  • The product price is updated automatically.
  • Click add customer details to add more details about the customer.
  • Now click the charge button. Finally, you are on the SNAPOS billing screen



Sharing the Created Bill

  • Click the share receipt button at the bottom
  • You can share the bill as per your required medium


To Print the Created Bill

  • Followed by the above 2 steps, click on the print receipt > enter the number of copies, bill sheet size, and your requirements -- to print the displayed bill


Download and Edit the Bill

  • (Followed by last 3 steps) You can also download and edit the bill.
  • These options are as icons, on the top right of the screen.


To View the Created Bill

  • Go to the receipt option at the bottom of the dashboard
  • You can see all the created customer bills here



To Delete the Created Bill/Receipt

  • Go to the receipt option at the bottom of the dashboard
  • You can see all the created customer bills here
  • Choose the bill that you want to delete, by scrolling slightly to the left side
  • Click the delete button and your created bill will be deleted

To Edit the Receipts 

  • Go to the receipt option at the bottom of the dashboard
  • You can see all the created customer receipts
  • Choose any of the required bills that you want to edit
  • And you can edit it

 

To Share the Created Receipt Via Receipt Option

  • Go to the receipt option at the bottom of the dashboard
  • You can see all the created customer receipts 
  • Choose any of the required bills that you want to share
  • Now from the screen, you can share, download, print, and edit the receipt from the section

To Bill the Products Instantly, if your product has not been added before

If you want to build a product instantly which was not listed in your product category, follow the below steps 

  • Go to products at the bottom of the dashboard
  • On the top right, you can see the feature called quick add 
  • With the help of this option, you can update your daily sales and if you want to build a product instantly, which was not listed in your product category, you can use this option
  • Bill the products faster with SNAPOS Quick Bill feature
  • You can also delete the created bill if required



Adding Your Business Details To the Receipt

  • Go to the receipt option at the bottom of the dashboard
  • You can see all the created customer receipts 
  • Choose any of the required receipts that you want to edit 
  • On the receipt screen, click on the receipt customization option "Click Here"
  • Update the mandatory field you want to showcase your business on the receipt 
  • Enter the brand, phone number, address, website, invoice number type, and all a required field 
  • You can also add additional points about your business, that you want to share with your customer
  • Also, you can enter the thanks message as per your requirements
  • Finally, click save
