How to create a bill in the SNAPOS web app?

For each and every business from grocery business to supermarket business, billing is considered to be one of the important factors. Here follows the steps to create a bill on the SNAPOS POS billing app.

  • Login to your SNAPOS account. You will land on the SNAPOS dashboard screen.

  •  On the SNAPOS dashboard, choose the billing icon at the left panel

  • Enter the product that you want to bill. 

(Note: Without adding any products you can't able to bill it. Check here to create a product on SNAPOS web)

  • Adding discounts: To add a discount for the billed products, choose to add discounts and enter the discount rate or percentage

  • Add additional charges, if any: To add any of the additional charges, for any of the additional services like delivering the product, update the additional charges.

  • Further, you can also round off the amount using the unround-off option

  • After adding the billing products, click charge

  • Enter the customer name, customer phone number, and Customer Mail, if required and click continue. Choose the type of payment method. 

  • Click charge. 

  • You can either print or save the bill as per your need.

What is the use of the Park bill in SNAPOS?

With the help of the park bill, you can add the customer's products for billing and keep those on hold without processing the payment. You can add up to 3 park bills.
