In the current scenario, most of the stores/shops/supermarkets run with multiple counters. Here follows the steps to add multiple counters on SNAPOS web POS software.
- Login to your SNAPOS account. You will land on the SNAPOS dashboard screen.
- Choose the setting icon on the left panel
- On settings, go to manage counter > click on the "+" icon
- Enter the counter name, cashier name, choose the role, mail ID whom you want to invite, counter prefix
- Click Add Counter
